To further enhance our commitment to user satisfaction, we’re introducing a Customer Satisfaction Survey and Net Promoter Score (NPS). 

Why Introduce a Customer Satisfaction Survey and NPS? 

The NPS, a globally recognised metric, allows us to quantify and benchmark customer loyalty and identify areas where we excel, as well as areas where we can improve. It provides us with actionable insights directly from those who matter most.
