I work with our Customer Success Team and our Broker Partners to provide guidance or assistance with using the platform, and work to ensure the platform is kept up to date. I also provide support to bring new brokers on-board quickly and easily. Another part of my role is running our end-to-end billing process to make sure our Insurers are invoiced correctly and our Brokers are paid in a timely manner.
Being able to work with different teams across the business and having the opportunity to work with people in a variety of roles across our Broker and Insurer partners.
It’s a great team where everyone knows one another and gets along. Everyone mucks in to help each other when required as we all feel proud of Broker Insights and want to see the company succeed.
I studied Marketing at university and have worked in various marketing, customer service and development roles. This helps me understand the various parts of a business.
