My role is to build meaningful interactions between our Insurers and Brokers. I talk regularly with our Broker Partners to support them in their use of the platform to give them more time to spend with their customers.
I really enjoy that feeling of knowing I’ve delivered value to a broker and insurer and that we have played a part in making their business even more successful. Our Broker community are forward-thinking and understand the value of data-driven insights, and I enjoy working with them, and getting their feedback, to help shape the direction of the Broker Insights platform.
Being part of a first-mover business in the industry challenges and excites me. Being there to answer questions and solve issues every step of the way with our Broker Partners, is extremely rewarding.
I studied management at the University of St Andrews and have worked around the world which has given me strong communication skills. I was the first team member at Broker Insights and have been with the business from the beginning. In a changing world, it’s really rewarding to unlock new sources of value for our Broker and Insurer Partners, and to support the growing Broker Insights community.
We’re a’ Jock Thomson’s bairns – a Scottish saying which means “beneath the surface, we are all the same”.
