With demonstrated high-level stakeholder management skills, with an ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels, you will hold a dual role managing a bespoke panel of regional commercial insurance brokers and driving growth of the platform through the identification & acquisition of new brokers.
Your strong commercial acumen and extensive experience directly engaged with the commercial insurance industry will enable you to work with brokers to develop strategic account plans for their business, incorporating the Broker Insights platform to improve efficiencies, accelerate new business growth and increase renewal retention.
With high levels of self-motivation and a passion for innovation & driving change, you’ll also work closely with our internal marketing team to leverage digital tools for brand awareness, as well as building your own market profile through attendance at a range of industry events.
