The Broker Insights platform includes an Alerts and Notifications System, which delivers desktop notifications to help you keep up to date with platform activity whilst not logged into the platform.
This innovative feature has been designed to deliver updates on activity between you and platform partners. These notifications will keep you updated with:
How to enable notifications:
Log in to the Broker Insights platform.
Once logged in, you will be prompted twice, initially via the Broker Insights website and then by your browser (see images) asking you to allow for the notifications to be sent. Click ‘Allow’ for both prompts and this will enable the functionality.
Once complete, you will begin to receive relevant alerts and notifications customised to your account activity within the platform. Log in and enable notifications here.
If you have logged in and not received these prompts or have previously declined the invitation and would like to benefit from the Alerts and Notifications System, please email support@BrokerInsights.com to ask for the prompts to be reset.
