Andy joined us from Broker Network where he had built and headed up the Management Information function. Ilenana holds an MSc in Business Information Technology and has over fourteen years of proven experience within the IT sector undertaking software and business analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support and coordination of projects. Ilenana has solid professional work experience as Business System Analyst gathering, transforming, analysing, modelling requirements, and setting up functional documentation for the subsequent development of applications.
